Customer Service Policy 

  1. Members of the Blackstone Concrete Contractors are quality leaders who support the following code of ethics in concrete construction:

  2. Members will strive to provide their employees with a safe and healthy workplace.

  3. All specified methods and materials will be supplied without unapproved substitutions unless such substitutions are approved by the client.

  4. All work will be performed to meet the requirements of Canadian Standard CSA A 23.1 “Concrete Materials and Methods of Concrete Construction”, as may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  5. All materials will be installed in accordance with materials manufacturer’s written instructions.

  6. Members commit to the sharing of knowledge and best practices to help promote safety, quality and integrity in the concrete industry.
